Dhai / Yoghurt Sauce 250ml plain yoghurt Pinch salt 1 handful dhanya, chopped 1 – 3 chillies, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed [caption id="attachment_27" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Yoghurt Sauce[/caption] Pour the yoghurt into a small bowl. Add the salt, dhanya, chillies and garlic. Stir well to combine. Serve with Akhni, Breyani, Curry, etc.
